Want to be a part of Vance County Early College High School?
Vance Co. Early College HS is a five-year high school program in which students are dully enrolled in high school and college classes.
Upon acceptance, students have the opportunity to graduate with their high school diploma, an associate of arts or science degree, or a year of transferrable college credits.
Enrollment into the school is via an application and acceptance process. Because of the nature of dual enrollment, applications are accepted during Vance Co. Early College H.S recruitment season.
Applications for the 2022-23 school year will be posted from late January to mid-March.
Rising freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are encouraged to apply.
Students transferring from another North Carolina Early College High School are also required to apply for admission.
Acceptance for 2021-22 enrollment is closed.
(NOTICE: Students desiring to graduate in less than five years must successfully complete all Vance Co. Schools and Vance Co. Early College high school graduation requirements in addition to all Vance Granville Community College associate degree requirements. Entering sophomores and juniors graduate with the students who align with their five-year cohort class.)
