  • Congratulations to our principal Mrs. Kristen H. Boyd for being selected as the 2017-2018 Vance County Schools Principal of the year. Aycock is so proud to have such a talented and hard-working leader who is always looking out for ways to improve learning for the students and make Aycock Elementary School a successful institution and a staple of excellence. We also want to congratulate our 2017-2018 teacher of the year, Mrs. Kelly Smith. Mrs. Smith is an outstanding educator who makes  Aycock a wonderful place to work and learn!

    Vance County Schools is seeking community input on a potential school consolidation plan. Please attend one of our public meetings and provide us with your valuable input. Email responses also are accepted at consolidationfeedback@vcs.k12.nc.us.
