I have been teaching for 23 years. This is my 10th year here at Zeb Vance, the other 13 years I taught at LB Yancey. I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.

I am originally from a small town just outside of Buffalo, New York called Tonwanda. I moved down here 23 years ago with my husband. Since moving here I have had two daughters. Lily is a senior at UNC Wilmington. She will be graduating in December with a Marine Biology degreel. Rose is in 12th grade at Vance County Early College. I have a dog, Suzie-Q and 3 cats; Chip, Olaf, and Princess Marie.
