VCS District Parent Advisory Committee

The Vance County Schools Parent Advisory Committee (VPAC) is a collaborative group of parents, caregivers, school staff, and community partners committed to strengthening family–school relationships. VPAC serves as a space for parents to share perspectives, learn about district initiatives, and help shape meaningful parent engagement across Vance County Schools.

VPAC's mission is to be the bridge between families and the school district — creating open, two-way communication that connects parents, schools, and the community.

VPAC exists to:

• Amplify parent and caregiver voices in district-level conversations

• Foster open, two-way communication between families and Vance County Schools

• Support parents with information, resources, and learning opportunities

• Encourage family involvement that positively impacts student success

Who Can Participate?

VPAC is open to:
