This year, the recipient is TechTerra Education for their partnership with STEM Early High School. TechTerra founder, Susan Wells, worked with STEM in donating a class set of 3D doodler pens, along with project kits.  This generous contribution allows for students to be afforded innovative opportunities and learning experiences. Engaging students through this type of  technology allows for  scholars to extend their knowledge beyond anything previously available to them. Gradesa Lockhart, STEM Early High School Principal shared, “We are grateful for TechTerra’s contribution to the ongoing efforts in providing our students with innovative equipment and experiences. Their commitment and partnership to our school is making an impact on our students and our school.”

Vance County Schools is extremely grateful for all of our partners. In addition to our individual school partnerships, our district has closely networked and partnered with local civic organization, churches, businesses and individuals through the Vance County Public School Foundation. We are proud of our community for their continued support, dedication and willingness to make a difference in our district.
