Class Night Honors Graduates at ECHS and VCHS


College scholarships are presented to seniors at Early College High




Vance County High Vipers earned many accolades during Class Night.



Vance County Early College High School and Vance County High School celebrated the successes of their respective graduating seniors during Class Night events held at each school during the evening of May 16, 2019.


The Early College Class Night was held in the Civic Center at Vance-Granville Community College and the Vance County High Class Night was held in the school's gymnasium.


Parents, other family members, friends, teachers, school staff members and school officials attended both events to support the soon-to-be graduates and to honor their achievements during their high school careers.


Over $6 million in college scholarships were awarded to the seniors in both graduating classes.


Principal Travis Taylor led Class Night at Early College High and Principal Rey Horner led Class Night at Vance County High. Early College has 33 seniors in its Class of 2019 and Vance County has 251 seniors who are about to graduate. The Class of 2019 at Vance County High School is the first graduating class for the newly consolidated school.
