Vance County Schools Celebrates the Teacher's Executive Institute's Outstanding Graduates
Vance County Schools would like to congratulate seven of our outstanding educators for successfully completing the Teacher’s Executive Summer Institute (TEI).
The graduation reception was held at the Vance County Schools Administrative Services Center, where special guests and principals gathered to recognize their achievements.
The Teacher Executive Institute is presented annually by the Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce, Vance County Public School Foundation and Vance County Public Schools as a leadership program for local educators. During the program, participants engaged with community and district leaders to learn about the available resources in the community. These resources can be used to help educate students in the classroom to become stronger leaders in their school and in the community.
Educators honored for completing this year’s program include: Kathy Taylor of Vance County High; Stephanie Roache of EO Young Elementary/New Hope Elementary/Carver Elementary; Tyreka Evans of Dabney Elementary; Gloria Holden of Vance County Middle; Nicholas Barrett of Vance County Middle; Sheneika Campbell of Vance County Middle; and Shanae Reid of Pinkston Street Elementary.
The TEI graduates are shown in the photo with their framed certificates.
