We want parents and guardians to be aware that their children may be featured in photographs, videos and news articles. Per policy 4705, student’s personal identifying information will not be used.
Photos of students, as well as student work, may be published on our website, social media, or utilized in other forms of media. Families wishing for their child not to have their photograph and work posted/published should complete the information below.

- to be posted/published in video recordings used for instructional purposes (Zoom, Google Meets, etc.)
- to have videos/photographs posted/published on school and/or district social media sites
- to have videos/photographs posted/published on school and/or district websites
- to have posted/published videos/photographs on external media sources (magazines, printed material, local news media, external partnership requests, news stations, etc.)
